Curriculum Developer- English for Corporate Office, Delhi

You will work closely with the Senior Manager - Books, multiple Deputy Managers, and Assistant Managers to oversee the publishing plan for the department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the products and publishing portfolio for English. This includes developing a product strategy that meets market needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality print and/or digital products within agreed timelines. Your role will also involve designing and delivering excellent user experiences, with a focus on managing, monitoring, and enhancing the user experience for digital content and products. Collaboration with the DGM - Assessments and Curriculum Support and AGM - School Support is essential to provide schools with necessary training, support materials, and assessments for English. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to plan, develop, prioritize, implement, and oversee processes to ensure that products and solutions are published and released within set deadlines, meeting scope requirements, staying within budget, and maintaining the highest quality standards. In terms of requirements, having a master's degree in English is desirable, along with a combination of language proficiency, pedagogical understanding, subject specialization, and business acumen. Experience in Instructional Design would be beneficial. Effective communication with various stakeholders such as school promoters, principals, authors, trainers, and teachers is essential. You should be organized, process-driven, and able to work across timelines and with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, team/stakeholder management abilities, and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire collaboration within the team are crucial for this role.,
