Responsibilities: Team Support & Guidance: Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. Mentorship & Development: Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning. Strategy & Assessment: Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments. Project Management: Manage project tasks and assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet project goals. Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise. Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Required Skills: Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies. Strong programming and debugging skills. Prior ability in a leadership or mentoring capacity. Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery. Capability to identify and mitigate project risks.
