Job Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and marketing goals. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, polls) across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity across all channels. Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI. Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant. 2. Community Engagement Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Foster strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. Encourage user-generated content and run contests/polls to boost engagement. 3. Online Reputation Management (ORM) Monitor and track brand mentions across social media, review sites (Google Reviews, Glassdoor, etc.), and forums. Respond to reviewspositive and negativeprofessionally and tactfully. Coordinate with internal teams to address complaints, queries, or escalations. Prepare ORM reports highlighting sentiment analysis, recurring feedback themes, and improvement suggestions. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, sentiment, click-through rates). Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights for improvement. Analyse competitor activity and industry benchmarks. 5. Brand Advocacy & Crisis Management Identify potential PR risks early and manage crisis communication in coordination with leadership. Ensure all responses and actions align with brand values and company policies. Preferred Skills Strong storytelling skills. Strong know-how of LinkedIn — including content creation, company page management, LinkedIn Ads, and personal branding for leadership. Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Creativity with a strong eye for design and brand tone. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

Online Reputation Management (ORM) Monitor platforms like Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and Google Reviews. Craft empathetic, brand-aligned responses to public reviews. Ensure timely, professional engagement to reflect brand transparency. Track and analyze feedback trends and engagement data. 2. Employee-Generated Content & Advocacy Foster a culture of storytelling by encouraging employees to share real experiences. Curate and showcase employee content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal channels. Provide templates, prompts, and campaigns to boost participation and visibility. 3. Content Strategy & Storytelling Design and execute a content calendar reflecting our culture, values, and people. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and business units to uncover and share meaningful stories. Produce engaging multimedia content (photos, short videos, reels, etc.). Use insights and metrics to refine and evolve storytelling formats. 4. CSR Campaign Visibility Partner with CSR and HR to document and promote volunteering and community initiatives. Tell compelling stories that highlight impact—across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more. 5. Awards & External Recognition Identify and manage submissions for relevant culture, diversity, and workplace awards. Plan communication rollouts for nominations and wins—internal and external. Leverage awards in brand assets, career pages, and recruitment materials. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Journalism, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience managing social media and/or employer branding. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency with tools like Canva; basic video editing is a plus. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide strategy.
