Role & responsibilities About the Role As the Social Media Executive HR Communications, youll be the voice behind our culture across digital platforms. Sitting at the crossroads of storytelling, reputation management, and employee engagement, you will shape how current and future employees, clients, and communities perceive our brand. From amplifying employee voices to managing our online reputation, your work will bring our culture to life and foster pride, engagement, and external recognition. Key Responsibilities 1. Online Reputation Management (ORM) Monitor platforms like Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and Google Reviews. Craft empathetic, brand-aligned responses to public reviews. Ensure timely, professional engagement to reflect brand transparency. Track and analyze feedback trends and engagement data. 2. Employee-Generated Content & Advocacy Foster a culture of storytelling by encouraging employees to share real experiences. Curate and showcase employee content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal channels. Provide templates, prompts, and campaigns to boost participation and visibility. 3. Content Strategy & Storytelling Design and execute a content calendar reflecting our culture, values, and people. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and business units to uncover and share meaningful stories. Produce engaging multimedia content (photos, short videos, reels, etc.). Use insights and metrics to refine and evolve storytelling formats. 4. CSR Campaign Visibility Partner with CSR and HR to document and promote volunteering and community initiatives. Tell compelling stories that highlight impact—across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more. 5. Awards & External Recognition Identify and manage submissions for relevant culture, diversity, and workplace awards. Plan communication rollouts for nominations and wins—internal and external. Leverage awards in brand assets, career pages, and recruitment materials. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Journalism, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience managing social media and/or employer branding. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency with tools like Canva; basic video editing is a plus. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide strategy. Collaborative approach with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. What Success Looks Like A vibrant, authentic online presence that reflects our people and culture.
