As a Recruitment Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles such as shop-floor workers, engineers, supervisors, and back-office positions. Your responsibilities will include utilizing job portals, social media, campus drives, recruitment agencies, and internal databases to proactively build a talent pipeline. You will be conducting preliminary interviews, skill evaluations, and coordinating technical assessments with department heads to ensure the selection of highly qualified candidates. Collaborating with department managers, you will be crafting accurate and compelling job descriptions and developing hiring strategies to meet production ramp-ups, seasonal demand, and new plant expansions. In addition to recruitment, you will be actively promoting our company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector through various channels such as career fairs, social media, and partnerships with ITIs, polytechnics, and technical colleges. You will also be responsible for coordinating seamless onboarding processes, including documentation, induction programs, and compliance checks. Your role will involve maintaining recruitment dashboards, tracking key hiring metrics, and presenting regular reports to the leadership team. While the majority of your time will be spent in the office setting, you may need to make regular visits to the production floor and hiring locations, and occasional travel to job fairs or plant locations may be required.
