Culinary Assistant – Sandwich & Bakery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake

  burger buns

  ,

  bomboloni (Italian donuts)

  , and

  French toast bread

  using standard recipes.
• Assemble a variety of

  hot and cold sandwiches

  with precision and speed.
• Ensure dough is prepared, proofed, and baked properly.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, clean workstations, and follow all safety and food handling standards.
• Help with ingredient preparation, portioning, and inventory checking.
• Assist in maintaining daily baking and prep schedules.
• Suggest new ideas for sandwich or bakery items when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in baking and sandwich preparation.
• Experience in baking buns, bomboloni, or similar pastries is a

  must

  .
• Familiarity with baking tools, mixers, ovens, and basic kitchen equipment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Good understanding of hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Positive attitude and team player.
