Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Culinary Assistant – Sandwich & Bakery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in preparing sandwiches, baking cakes, buns, and managing basic kitchen operations. You will play a key role in maintaining food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake burger buns , bomboloni (Italian donuts) , and French toast bread using standard recipes. Assemble a variety of hot and cold sandwiches with precision and speed. Ensure dough is prepared, proofed, and baked properly. Maintain kitchen hygiene, clean workstations, and follow all safety and food handling standards. Help with ingredient preparation, portioning, and inventory checking. Assist in maintaining daily baking and prep schedules. Suggest new ideas for sandwich or bakery items when needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in baking and sandwich preparation. Experience in baking buns, bomboloni, or similar pastries is a must . Familiarity with baking tools, mixers, ovens, and basic kitchen equipment. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Good understanding of hygiene standards and food safety practices. Positive attitude and team player.
