Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure comprehensive and accurate data collection across HR, ESG and CSR domains.
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for HR, ESG and CSR to relevant stakeholders.
Create and update dashboards that track key HR, ESG, and CSR metrics in real-time.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure all activities and reporting comply with relevant standards and regulations related to these departments.
Enhance transparency and communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding all department.
Conduct regular reviews of policies to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices and regulations.
Work closely with these departments to gather requirements and provide insights.
Develop and implement effective CSR Strategies and initiatives, Prepare CSR reports, metrics, Relevant documents.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirement.
Generate regular reports, Reviews and updates about these departments.
