- Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound - outbound and Email customer quarry efficiently2. Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer queries3. Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all times4. Follow call quality standards and achieve performance KPIs5. Update CRM tools and ensure proper documentation of each interaction6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery

- Position Details:
Role: Customer Service – Voice (Blended Process)Education: 12th Pass / GraduateWork Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)Shift Window: 10 AM - 8 PM (Any 8-hour shift)Location: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
