Job Description

You will be responsible for answering calls from customers regarding their shipments and addressing customer grievances. Additionally, you will coordinate with hubs to collect information about shipment delays and assist with the online booking of shipments. The ideal candidate for this role should be a male candidate who is fluent in English and possesses strong knowledge of Excel. You should be able to work independently while also being a good team player and a quick learner. Experience in handling customer complaints will be preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance. The working schedule is day shift and morning shift. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Mumbai, Maharashtra, or be willing to relocate before starting work. The preferred educational qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred.,
