Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to develop training sessions. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and Development within a sales context Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the technology or customer service industries is a plus
