About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Malad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.

Data & Documentation

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Generate and share customer feedback reports as required.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Service Quality

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, SLA, FCR).
  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and communication guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer support (voice).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
