CSA Engineer (Civil / Structural / Architectural)

You are an experienced CSA Engineer with at least 5-12 years of experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing projects. Tata Electronics is seeking your expertise to support their greenfield manufacturing facility in Dholera, Gujarat. As a part of the Engineering & Projects team, you will be responsible for the civil, structural, and architectural design and execution activities on-site. Your key responsibilities will include driving the civil & structural design review, coordination, and execution for industrial buildings and site infrastructure. You will collaborate with design consultants and construction partners to ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and Tata Engineering standards. Reviewing architectural layouts, steel structures, RCC designs, and foundation drawings will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate site execution activities, support layout planning, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across CSA deliverables. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred but not mandatory) and possess a strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel & RCC design, architectural planning, and industrial building codes. Hands-on experience in coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders is crucial. Your ability to work in fast-paced, on-site project environments and effectively communicate with stakeholders will set you up for success. Having prior experience working on greenfield factory or cleanroom projects, understanding of BIM/Revit/Navisworks, and familiarity with Tata group project governance processes would be advantageous.
