Job Description

Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) and providing information about products or services. Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting problems, resolving complaints, and finding solutions for customer concerns. Account Management: Maintaining and updating customer records, processing transactions, and managing accounts. Product Knowledge: Staying informed about products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers. Communication: Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, building rapport, and providing excellent customer service. Documentation: Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company system. Sales and Lead Generation: In some cases, CSAs may also be involved in generating sales leads or upselling products.
