Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Candidate located in Gurugram. The CS Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, resolving queries, handling customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The candidate will also work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
