Crypto Coach

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and ethical Crypto Coach to guide and mentor retail traders through the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrencies. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. You’ll be responsible for teaching trading strategies, analyzing market trends, running live sessions, and supporting our growing crypto community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular group classes and weekly 1:1 doubt-clearing sessions.
• Teach and demonstrate technical analysis (TA) across multiple timeframes with clear entry, stop-loss (SL), take-profit (TP), and invalidation points.
• Explain the fundamentals of tokenomics: supply, FDV, unlock schedules, value accrual mechanisms, risks, and narrative alignment.
• Analyze and interpret on-chain and derivatives data including TVL, open interest, funding rates, liquidity heatmaps, etc.
• Publish daily/weekly market briefs and prepare the community for major economic events (CPI, NFP, FOMC meetings, ETF launches).
• Help users navigate and securely operate CEX/DEX platforms, wallets, and bridges.
• Provide ongoing community support and respond to relevant crypto market developments.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong grasp of technical analysis and risk management, with the ability to explain clearly in both Hindi and English.
• Experience using and teaching tools such as TradingView, CoinGlass, DeFiLlama, CryptoQuant, Glassnode, and Arkham.
• Practical knowledge of trading and security on centralized and decentralized exchanges.
• Ethical mindset — no shilling or promoting guaranteed returns; must disclose all potential conflicts of interest.

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years of live trading or crypto investing experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of market mechanics and active monitoring of developments (e.g. unlocks, hacks, burns, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
