The Manager, Global People Operations role at IDinsight is a key position within the Global People Operations team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various workstreams related to people operations and strategic alignment. In this role, you will lead the core people operations function, which includes recruitment, performance management, and organizational policies. You will also be in charge of global recruitment efforts, managing employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the countries where IDinsight operates. Additionally, you will develop and maintain HR policies and guidelines to align with organizational values and market standards. Your responsibilities will also involve ensuring strategic alignment with the broader Global & Regional Operations teams and collaborating across departments to drive execution. You will be tasked with implementing initiatives that focus on enhancing IDinsight's organizational culture and the experience of IDinsighters. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in People Operations within global organizations. You must be detail-oriented, execution-focused, and able to work autonomously while demonstrating leadership qualities. Strong communication skills, empathy, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism are essential qualities for this position. Desired qualifications include knowledge of HR software, compliance requirements for nonprofit entities, labor regulations, and technical skills in Microsoft and Google Suites. The position is based in IDinsight's Delhi, India office, with a start date in August 2025.
