Cross-Border & Domestic Payments Operations Analyst

As a member of the Cash Management team within the Operations - Transaction Services job family at Citigroup, your primary responsibilities will include conducting research to identify and recommend technology capabilities that can streamline client inquiries and reduce manual touch points. You will be expected to stay informed about current trends in treasury and client operations and propose innovative solutions in collaboration with vendors, technology experts, and client operations teams.
