Crops Manager

Job Description for the position of Crops Manager  Responsibilities Diagnose problems - observe crops and report their problems Crops management - plowing, seeding, watering, fertilizing, dweeding, harvesting, etc. Must be ready to do all the works that a farmer does It is a farm/field work position  Upload crop videos on time  Arrange/buy items such as seeds from local vendors Must extend working hours in emergency cases  Qualification Minimum 2 years of experience as a farmer or as a labor in a farm No degree is expected  Ownership and common sense are mandatory Attributes A proactive, “can-do” attitude, willing to engage in hands-on fieldwork. Common sense thinker with a passion for sustainable agriculture. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
