We are a creative craft-based company specializing in handmade home décor, fashion accessories, toys, and customized gifting items. We are seeking skilled Crochet Artists to join our production team to help fulfill high-volume, high-quality orders while maintaining artistic precision and brand consistency.

As a Crochet Artist – Production, you will be responsible for creating crochet products consistently and efficiently according to predefined patterns, timelines, and quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with speed, accuracy, and a strong passion for crochet working.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute crocheting of assigned products in bulk quantities
• Read, interpret, and follow standardized crochet patterns, color codes, and size specifications
• Maintain uniformity and consistency across each piece produced
• Meet daily/weekly production targets as per assigned schedules
• Collaborate with the design or QC team for quality checks and improvements
• Track and manage yarn usage, thread count, and materials consumed
• Repair or rework any defects or mismatches before final dispatch
• Assist in packaging or tagging finished products as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in all basic and advanced crochet techniques (e.g., single/double/triple crochet, amigurumi, motif joining, color changing)
• Strong ability to follow patterns and instructions with precision
• Previous experience in a craft production or handmade manufacturing setting preferred
• Ability to produce neat, consistent, and timely results
• Strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in crochet or craft-based production
• Basic knowledge of yarn types, weights, and compatibility for various designs
• Experience in handmade product finishing, blocking, and assembling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
