CRM-SALESFORCE- Architect

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background as a Solutions Architect specializing in Salesforce Platform implementation. The position available is for a CRM-SALESFORCE- Salesforce Solutions Architect, requiring a minimum of 11 to 14 years of relevant experience, with a corresponding CTC of 40 - 42 LPA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and technical specifications. This includes creating solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, data modeling, process automation, system integrations, and technical documentation, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with existing systems and platforms. Your expertise in Salesforce features, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform capabilities, will be crucial. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to aligning solution architecture with business objectives and technology strategies. You will provide guidance on emerging technologies and best practices to ensure future-proof solutions, define architectural standards, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions will be a core aspect of your responsibilities. Your role will involve close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Leading technical discussions, architecture reviews, and providing mentorship to development teams will be necessary to maintain adherence to best practices and project timelines. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will oversee the integration of multiple systems, monitor system performance, ensure data integrity across integrated systems, and design strategies for system scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery. Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, ensuring adherence to architecture governance processes, and defining coding, security, and data management standards for Salesforce development will also be part of your responsibilities. Identifying and mitigating architectural risks, ensuring security and compliance requirements are met, conducting regular architecture reviews, and providing training and enablement to team members are additional aspects of the role. Proficiency in architectural frameworks, design patterns, programming languages, databases, Salesforce tools, integration tools, data modeling, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration will be essential. Fluency in both Spanish and English languages is a must-have for this position. Preferred skills include Salesforce certifications, experience in DevOps practices, industry exposure in finance, healthcare, retail, or technology sectors, familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Agile methodologies certification, and additional relevant experience.
