Position: CRM – Sales
Location: Ormanjhi, Ranchi
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Sales Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships for our BMW dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and follow-up calls related to sales and service.
• Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding bookings, deliveries, and feedback.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship or sales coordination (automobile experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
