CRM Project Manager

As a CRM Manager for our company, you will play a crucial role in planning, strategizing, and overseeing CRM initiatives across multiple client accounts. Your responsibilities will involve managing end-to-end CRM projects, utilizing social listening analytics, and ensuring the effective utilization of platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes. Acting as a liaison between client teams and internal delivery, your focus will be on executing with excellence and making data-driven decisions. With 2-4 years of experience in CRM Executive/Manager roles, you will have hands-on experience in CRM platform management and social listening analytics. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing CRM strategies, managing client requirements, mapping platform capabilities to business goals, and supporting data needs for continuous improvement. You will also handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, depending on their complexity. In addition, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign setup, lead tracking, and integrations. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you will implement data-driven CRM strategies aligned with business goals, design targeted marketing campaigns, and optimize them for engagement, retention, and ROI. Utilizing social listening tools, you will monitor brand and industry conversations, extract actionable insights, and prepare reports with KPIs, insights, and recommendations to enhance customer segmentation and communication. Your profile should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, proficiency in at least one CRM platform, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, and experience in BFSI or Retail verticals is advantageous.
