Job Description

Oversee the customer relationship is essentially handled by the entire team.
Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key customers.
Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest products. This significantly helps in increasing the sales of the company.
Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
Organize meetings with the managers within the organization only to bring out a strategic plan.
Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
