Job Description :

We are looking for a customer-oriented and detail-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships throughout the property buying journey, from booking and documentation to possession and post-sales support. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, address customer queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking and throughout the sales and possession process.
• Customer Queries & Complaints: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and ensure timely resolution.
• Booking & Documentation: Coordinate booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, payment schedules, and other customer-related documents.
• Payment Follow-up: Send payment reminders, follow up on outstanding dues, and coordinate with the accounts team regarding receipts and payment status.
• Possession Coordination: Coordinate with the construction, legal, accounts, and site teams for possession-related activities, inspections, snag lists, and handover documentation.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the sales, finance, legal, construction, and facility management teams to resolve customer issues.
• CRM Database Management: Maintain updated customer records, communication logs, payment details, and service request status in the CRM software.
• Customer Communication: Share project updates, construction progress, possession timelines, and important notices with customers.
• Customer Feedback: Collect feedback, monitor customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer queries, complaints, collections follow-ups, pending documentation, and possession status.
• Post-Sales Support: Assist customers with post-possession queries, maintenance coordination, and other property-related concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
• Strong customer service, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and meet deadlines.
• Good follow-up skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
