Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Track incoming leads, update lead status, and follow up with customers to ensure timely communication.
Contact customers through calls, emails, and messages to provide updates, gather feedback, and support conversions.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to track leads, monitor conversions, and support business development activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow ups, customer interactions, and conversion status.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Maintain proper records of customer communications, complaints, and resolutions.
Ensure timely follow ups and meet assigned customer engagement and lead conversion targets.
3 years of experience in CRM, customer service.
Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
