Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and performance-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant to spearhead both client acquisition and end-to-end recruitment delivery. In this dual-impact role, you will identify and onboard corporate clients who need hiring solutions, while directly managing the complete talent search and selection lifecycle to fulfill those mandates.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation (B2B Sales)

• Identify, research, and prospect potential B2B clients (startups, SMEs, and mid-to-large enterprises) looking for recruitment and staffing support.
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and networking.
• Manage, update, and track all leads, deals, and communication pipelines using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Pitch recruitment service offerings, negotiate terms of business (service fee margins, replacement guarantees), and close Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive repeat business, account expansion, and referrals.

2. Full-Lifecycle Recruitment & Mandate Fulfillment

• Take detailed job briefings from clients to understand technical requirements, culture fit, compensation bands, and turnaround expectations.
• Source passive and active candidates across multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and direct headhunting).
• Screen CVs, conduct preliminary behavioural and technical assessments, and prepare candidate submission summaries.
• Coordinate client-candidate interview rounds, manage feedback loops, and resolve candidate hesitations.
• Lead salary negotiations, extend offers, and manage candidate engagement up to day-one joining to minimise dropouts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in an agency, consultancy, or staffing firm handling both business development and candidate delivery (360° recruitment model).
• CRM & ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) and recruitment applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar).
• Sourcing Skills: Expertise in Boolean search strings, Naukri portal operations, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of staffing business metrics, recruitment margins, contract negotiations, and client management.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
