CRM Delivery Principal

Role Overview: Aeries Technology, a Nasdaq listed global professional services and consulting partner, is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 leader to serve as the India Dynamics Principal. As the India Principal, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects for sports and entertainment clients globally. This role requires establishing and scaling the CRM delivery capability in India, building a high-performing team, and ensuring the quality and scalability of solutions across Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform. Ideal candidates will thrive in a build-phase environment, excel in global team collaboration, and have a vision for shaping the long-term future of the Indian capability. Key Responsibilities: - Own technical delivery of Dynamics 365 projects from India, ensuring quality, scalability, and client value. - Lead solution design, implementation planning, and delivery governance for global projects. - Recruit, coach, and develop a team of up to 8 Dynamics professionals within the first 18 months. - Foster a high-performing and collaborative culture within the team, emphasizing growth pathways and delivery discipline. - Collaborate closely with teams in EMEA and North America for hybrid projects with globally distributed teams. - Support presales activities for Indian prospects, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development. - Develop strong relationships with clients and partners in India to enhance market engagement. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including Sales, CE/Customer Service, and Power Platform. - Proven track record of leading technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle and scaling or establishing delivery teams. - Strong understanding of agile delivery processes, governance models, and quality assurance frameworks. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different time zones, cultures, and seniority levels. - Proactive mindset with a passion for building teams and capabilities.
