Job Description

THE ROLE

  • We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Dynamics 365 leader to establish and scale our CRM delivery capability in India. As our India Principal, you will lead end-to-end technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects for sports and entertainment clients globally. Youll be responsible for building a high-performing team, embedding delivery standards, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions across Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-phase environment, is confident delivering for global teams, and wants to shape the long-term future of our Indian capability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Delivery
  • Own technical delivery of Dynamics 365 projects led from India, ensuring quality, scalability, and client value.
  • Oversee solution design, implementation planning, and delivery governance for global projects.
  • Work alongside regional Principals and Solution Architects to align delivery with best practices and business strategy.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of up to 8 Dynamics professionals (consultants, developers, analysts) within the first 18 months.
  • Create a high-performing, collaborative culture with clear expectations and growth pathways.
  • Embed delivery discipline through robust processes, quality assurance, and training.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with teams in EMEA and North America to deliver hybrid projects with globally distributed teams.
  • Champion knowledge sharing, reusability, and process alignment across regions.
  • Market Engagement
  • Support presales activities for Indian prospects, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and partners in India where relevant.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Deep consulting expertise and experience
  • 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales, CE/Customer Service, Power Platform) solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead technical delivery across full project lifecycle, from design to go-live and post-launch optimisation.
  • Experience scaling or establishing delivery teams, ideally in India and working into global/regional structures.
  • Strong grasp of agile delivery processes, governance models, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially across time zones, cultures, and seniority levels.
  • Ability to context switch between leadership, delivery oversight, and team support.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a passion for building teams and capability.
