Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator

Location: [Wellington Estate, Ethiraj Salai, Egmore-600008]
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our NEXGeN 360 DMA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Models, editors, videographers, and social media team) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Update and maintain client records in the CRM portal.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on client interactions.
• Assist in planning and scheduling shoots, meetings, and client deliverables.
• Support in customer feedback collection and report insights to management.

Requirements

• Fresher or 6–1 year of experience in client coordination / CRM / customer support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English, Tamil)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, team player, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
