About the Role

CRM & Automation Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer lifecycle management.
  • Implement and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing and event engagement.
  • Maintain and segment customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate CRM with other marketing and sales platforms for seamless data flow.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for improved engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in

    CRM management, marketing automation, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience handling

    CRM and automation for AI events.

  • Expertise in

    CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and optimize workflows for efficiency.
