CRM and Accounting Executive

Job Title : CRM & Accounting Executive

Job Type. : Full-Time

Experience : 1–3 years. (Real Estate industry preferred)

Location : Remote

Salary : 28 to 30K

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

1. Maintain and track client payment schedules from booking till unit handover.

2. Raise payment demands as per agreed schedules and ensure timely collections.

3. Coordinate with banks for loan sanction, disbursement, and related documentation.

4. Ensure clients receive all necessary details (allotment letters, cost sheets, draft registration copies, etc.) on time.

5. Follow up with the registration team to facilitate timely registration and documentation.

6. Maintain accurate and updated client payment records in Google Sheets and Salesforce.

7. Act as a communication bridge between Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Registration teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Accounting

1. Record and reconcile customer receipts in Tally, ensuring proper project and unit linkage.

2. Track and monitor customer receivables, overdue payments and maintenance collections.

3. Maintain project-wise collection, outstanding and reconciliation statements.

4. Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliances related to receipts.

5. Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal and Finance teams for accurate data and timely collections.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM and Accounting.

2. Strong knowledge of Tally, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail), and Excel.

3. Understanding of real estate receivables, and maintenance billing.

4. Excellent follow-up, coordination and multitasking skills.

5. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

6. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setup. ‎

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
