CRM Analyst Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including set-up, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting - Ensure that email programs align with strategies and tactics across various channels such as social, mobile, web, and search engine marketing - Verify content for clarity, grammar, spelling, and tone of communication - Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution - Coordinate with multiple affiliates for email-based campaigns, track their performance, and provide reports - Plan end-to-end projects for the Email Team, including customer segments, content, design, schedule, and reporting - Validate email experiments using statistical analysis and create reports to determine the success of the channel in the project Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C Digital Marketing - Strong and creative oral and written English communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel - Ability to perform Engagement Metrics Study and Creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities - Ability to work independently and within a team environment - Prior experience in working with data - Ability to plan and execute a project from end to end Additional Company Details: At myholidays.com, we offer a vibrant and passionate work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
