Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP and CRM-specific tools Design and implement interfaces and data migrations between SAP CRM and other systems Create reports, forms, and workflows within the CRM module Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in CRM applications Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT phases Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing CRM developments Document technical designs, code changes, and processes Stay updated with SAP CRM and ABAP best practices and new features Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience in SAP CRM development using ABAP Strong knowledge of SAP CRM module architecture and CRM Web UI development Experience with SAP CRM middleware, workflows, and BADI enhancements Proficiency in ABAP programming, debugging, and performance tuning Familiarity with integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, and RFC Good analytical and problem-solving skills
