Role Overview: As a Consultant Critical Care in the ICU department with 26 beds, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to ICU patients including medical, surgical, and post-op cases. Your role will involve performing and supervising ICU procedures such as intubation, central/arterial lines, ventilator management, and dealing with various critical care situations like Shock & Sepsis Management, Multiorgan Failure, and Emergencies. Additionally, you will participate in ICU rounds, documentation, and coordination with consultants. You can expect to work approximately 10 night shifts per month on a rotational basis.
