Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting client sites, presenting our gas leak detection solutions, and closing sales. You will also work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strengthen the brand presence in target markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing plants, refineries, chemical industries, etc. Conduct field visits, technical presentations, and product demos for gas leak detectors and flame detection systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gas detection solutions. Generate inquiries and convert them into sales through effective negotiation and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams for quotation preparation, technical support, and after-sales coordination. Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support marketing strategies. Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales or technical product sales. (Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also apply.) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork. Basic understanding of gas detection systems or industrial safety equipment will be an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
