About Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES):

Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) looks into the Leasing and approval for the arrangement of the Facilities Managerial aspects as well as coordinating and provisioning for new sites and Branches. It also handles New Acquisitions and Contract Management for new Premises.

About the Role:

The Zonal Technical division of CRES also looks into the scouting, shortlisting and finalization of premises in coordination with the business team and coordination with all stakeholders for smooth inauguration of the branches and coordinates for the proper maintenance of the Branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure planning of infra related works for branch opening in coordination with CRES geographies
• Responsible for project execution & control for new branches, other offices, currency chests, relocations, etc. in coordination with internal stakeholders CPT, EBG, IT
• Ensure timely completion of projects in coordination with user department RB, RBO, RAC, Agri, SME, etc.
• Responsible for regular review of specifications/performance of architects/vendors across country for high value items
• Responsible for renovation of branches/ offices and quality of project execution
• Responsible for evolving an architect performance management system & new architect enrolment criteria.
• Responsible for assessing the performance of architects and renewing empanelment/de-empaneling architects and for empaneling new architects
• Regularly review specifications of all building related materials/ equipment.
• Responsible for new vendor development for high value items and for alternate product development

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Graduate (B.Tech/ M.Tech)
• Preferably from Civil Engineering background having experience in related field
