We collaborate with major fintech players like PhonePe, Amazon Pay, and Airtel Merchant to enhance digital payment adoption in underserved regions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting rural areas, educating and onboarding rural entrepreneurs, promoting financial products and services, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing customer queries, and maintaining relationships with merchants to install digital payment solutions. The role involves traveling to assigned locations, executing sales strategies, and achieving targets. Qualifications Sales and Marketing experience, particularly in fintech or financial services Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and interact with rural customers Ability to perform client outreach, build relationships, and conduct presentations Understanding of digital payment solutions and the ability to educate merchants on their usage Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently Willingness to travel and work in rural areas Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
