Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned Credit Risk Manager with a strong background in assessing borrower credibility and an understanding of Commercial Vehicle/Electric Vehicle ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Assess borrower profile (entities and individuals) and engage with customers - Work with front line sales team towards creating a strong credit orientation culture - Create and periodically review credit risk policies - Portfolio monitoring and early warning sign (EWS) review - Steer credit risk-related training for the front line team - Work with internal assurance/audit team and proactively review gaps and act on corrective measures - Compliance with risk policies (both credit and non-credit) - Contribute to tech upgrades and system development - Work alongside credit operations to monitor operating risk - Evaluate market risk and regularly recommend corrective steps to management - Create performance reports and present to management Requirements: - Prior experience of at least 7 years in credit risk management in a bank or NBFC - Strong analytical and research skills - Preference for CA or finance-related postgraduates - Strong communication skills - Sound understanding of financial services regulatory environment What We Offer: - Competitive salary (10-20 LPA), depending on relevant experience - Opportunity to work with a leading fintech company in the Electric Vehicle ecosystem - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Professional development and growth opportunities Please drop your CV at smarthire@crackerjacktech.com or call us at +91 9922066676.,
