Job Description

As a Credit Officer, your primary responsibilities include: - Conducting morning reports from the center or branches before 9:30 AM. - Verifying loan documents and credit bureau properly before attending GRT. - Ensuring the CRO has provided proper training to group members during GRT. - Verifying the house stability of members before sanctioning loans. - Verifying original documents before approving loans. - Assisting in solving collection problems within any group. - Ensuring the quality of loans from the branch. - Preparing the disbursement sheet with bank details of beneficiary clients. - Making correct entries regarding group loans in the software. - Opening loan accounts and sanctioning them in the system. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.,
