Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Executive to join our team. The role involves evaluating loan applications, verifying customer documents, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and validate customer documents for loan processing.
• Conduct credit checks, CIBIL analysis, and background verification.
• Assess applicants’ financial information and repayment capability.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer applications and credit approvals.
• Assist in recovery follow-up when necessary.
• Prepare credit reports and submit them to the Credit Manager/Head for approval.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in credit appraisal/loan processing (preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance companies).
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, loan documentation, and compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
