Credit Controller

As an Executive - Recovery and Reconciliation, your role involves reconciliation with the Hospital and driving collection activities to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities include: - Reconciliation with the Hospital. - Driving collection activities and achieving targets with a focus on maintaining excellent customer service. - Aggressively following up with customers via call/email for overdue amounts to minimize debts and maintain a low loss experience. - Assisting in improving collection strategies to drive continuous improvement in the collections process. - Understanding the system for better monitoring and resolution of overdue cases, and providing assistance to the recovery team for case resolution. To be eligible for this position, you should have: - Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role. - Advanced Excel skills and knowledge. - Reconciliation experience with sound knowledge of CN, DN, collections, GST, and invoicing. - Experience in the service-based industry is preferred. - Comfortable with traveling for data collection and reconciliation from hospitals.
