Credit Compliance - Wholesale Banking

As a Credit Compliance professional at a Leading Private Bank in Mumbai, your role involves reviewing policies, procedures, and products related to credit. You will provide advice on lending and credit issues from a compliance perspective, advise on fraud reporting and RFA, review certificates and reports for statutory audits, and offer guidance on financial matters such as NPA classification and restructuring. Additionally, you will collaborate on regulatory issues with other assurance functions and support the implementation of new circulars related to lending, finance, and credit. Key Responsibilities: - Review and assess policies, procedures, and products concerning credit - Provide advice on lending and credit matters to ensure compliance with legal requirements - Advise the Fraud Monitoring Group on fraud reporting and RFA - Review certificates and reports for statutory audits, including LFAR - Offer guidance on financial issues like NPA classification, RWA, and restructuring - Collaborate on regulatory issues with other assurance functions - Support the implementation of new circulars related to lending, finance, and credit - Coordinate with stakeholders to provide information and data required for RBI audits Qualifications Required: - Education: CA/ MBA (Mandate) - Experience: 2-8 years in credit compliance or related field Kindly share your CV at esha@thepremierconsultants.com to apply for this role.,
