Key Responsibilities: Pitch and sell credit card products to potential customers via phone, walk-ins, or field visits. Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits clearly and confidently. Follow up with leads to convert interest into successful applications. Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain proper records of client interactions, applications, and feedback. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in direct sales/telecalling/financial product sales (Freshers welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. Basic computer and CRM familiarity. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
