You will be part of the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team at Citi, focusing on providing reporting and business insights support for the North America Consumer bank. Your role will involve working with large and complex datasets, leveraging programming tools like SQL and SAS for analysis and validation. Some key responsibilities include: - Working with cutting-edge data, analytical, and modeling tools and platforms to improve efficiency and time to market - Creating self-explanatory and detailed business critical dashboards for portfolio health review - Assessing the impact of various business strategies, campaigns, and portfolio actions - Sizing the impact of regulatory, market, and strategic changes to the portfolio - Reviewing existing processes to identify potential streamlining opportunities - Collaborating with business partners to build, implement, and track project validation processes - Continuously improving processes and strategies by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities To excel in this role, you should possess the following skillset: - A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a related quantitative field with 2-5 years of relevant experience - Advanced process management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail - Curiosity for learning and developing new skillsets - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team - Understanding of statistics and probabilities - Ability to work independently on projects without continuous supervision - Experience in Credit Cards and Retail Banking products is a plus - Control-oriented mindset with risk awareness This full-time position is based in Gurgaon, India, and falls under the Decision Management job family group and Business Analysis job family at Citi.
