As a Financial Analyst at our company, your primary role will involve working on detailed financial models and drafting credit reports. Whether you work as an individual contributor or a team lead alongside 2-4 analysts will depend on your experience and alignment with the team's requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed financial models including transaction details, financial statement analysis, projections, ratio analysis, and credit metrics. - Conduct thorough analysis of loan opportunities across various sectors and geographies. - Perform sensitivity analysis on projections for stress testing loan serviceability. - Identify deal-specific covenants as early warning signals while monitoring loans. - Draft concise and easy-to-read credit reports with key takeaways for credit and risk review. - Conduct detailed industry and market studies to understand borrowers' operating environments. - Interact with clients to address data gaps, inconsistencies, and analytical frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Ability to draft credit reports effectively. - Strong financial analysis skills with a deep understanding of accounting and financial concepts. - Excellent communication skills for interactions with Debt Directors, clients, and stakeholders in the UK and/or US. - Personal attributes such as proactive nature, flexibility, creativity, result-driven attitude, responsibility, curiosity, teamwork, and quick learning ability. - Relevant experience of 2-7 years in financial analysis. - Hands-on attitude with the capability to grasp the big picture. - Ability to thrive in a culture that embraces change and values speed. - MBA/PGDM/CA/CFA qualification from a reputed institute.
