Credentialing Manager

We are hiring a Credentialing Manager for Hamly Business Solutions India Private Limited, a US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire credentialing process for healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate verification of licenses, certifications, and credentials.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to validate education, employment history, and professional qualifications.
  
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards throughout the credentialing process.
  
• Monitor expiration dates and renewals of credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure uninterrupted compliance.
  
• Develop and implement credentialing policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and third-party verification agencies.
  
• Prepare and present reports on credentialing status and compliance to senior management.
  
• Handle audits and resolve discrepancies related to credentialing documents.
  
• Maintain and update credentialing databases and documentation.
  
• Provide training and support to team members regarding credentialing standards and processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in credentialing or healthcare compliance roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and credentialing processes.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software/tools.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
  
• Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
