Creative Video Editor

You are invited to join Synergia Foundation, a prestigious think tank based in Bangalore, in the role of a creative Video Editor/Design Thinker. As a member of our research team, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative narratives and insights on a wide range of current geo-political, technology, and economic issues. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, a keen sense of creativity, and a solid understanding of current affairs. Your primary responsibility will involve editing and producing videos using proprietary footage provided by our organization. Candidates with prior experience in filming and content creation will be given preference. Part-time applicants are welcome, with the expectation of being present in the office at least once or twice a week to collaborate with the team. We are looking for individuals with 2-6 years of experience in using design software and AI tools, including Illustrator, Midjourney, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro. However, recent graduates with exceptional design skills are also encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity. Candidates with a good command of English or a background in Journalism, along with a degree or postgraduate qualification in media and digital communications, will be highly regarded during the selection process.
