Creative Supervisor- Art

In this role, you will be Reporting directly to the ACD/CD Art and collaborating with a Copy Supervisor and Account Manager at your level to plan the work for the brands. You will be responsible for handling a minimum of 5 brands, along with the respective designers and motion graphic artists. Your key responsibilities include planning and executing work for all your brands, ensuring timely content calendar planning, brainstorming, referencing, execution, and final closure with the team members. As a part of your role, you will lead pitches from ideation/brainstorming to execution. It is expected that you mentor, train, and groom team members through workshops and seminars to keep them updated with the latest design trends and software, including AI tools. You are also required to proactively pitch interesting campaigns to existing clients, going beyond the monthly scope of work. This could include campaign ideas for sales, launches, photo shoots, film ideas, CGI, etc. Moreover, the company has an in-house studio set-up, an in-house cameraman, and an in-house 3D artist to support your projects effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Team Lead/Senior Art Director. - Experience in managing a team, including juniors, and handling multiple brands. - Previous experience in an advertising agency is a must. - Proficiency in design editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro. - Hands-on experience in creating images and videos using AI tools like Midjourney Kling, etc. - Strong Art Direction skills with the ability to lead campaigns and pitches. - Knowledge of Blender, 3D software, Illustration, and Doodling skills would be a bonus.,
