Creative Supervisor- Art

As a Team Lead/Senior Art Director, you will report directly to the ACD/CD Art and collaborate with a Copy Supervisor and Account Manager to plan the work for multiple brands. You will be responsible for handling a minimum of 5 brands along with respective designers and motion graphic artists. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing work for all assigned brands, ensuring timely content calendar planning, brainstorming, referencing, and final execution with the team members. - Leading pitches from ideation/brainstorming to execution. - Mentoring, training, and grooming team members through workshops and seminars to keep them updated with the latest design trends and software tools. - Proactively pitching interesting campaigns to existing clients, such as Sale, launch events, photo shoots, film ideas, CGI, etc., which go beyond the monthly scope of work. Additionally, you will work in an environment with an in-house studio setup, an in-house camera man, and an in-house 3D artist. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a Team Lead/Senior Art Director in an advertising agency. - Experience in managing teams and multiple brands. - Proficiency in design editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. - Hands-on experience with image and video generation using AI tools like Midjourney Kling. - Strong Art Direction skills with the ability to lead campaigns and pitches effectively. - Bonus skills include proficiency in Blender, 3D software, Illustration, and Doodling.
