We're seeking a Creative Strategist who can drive innovative ideas, develop impactful content strategies, bring brands to life across social media, digital platforms and most importantly, weave stories authentically.

Role Overview

As a Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for conceptualising and executing content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences. You'll work closely with designers, copywriters, social media and video teams to develop scroll-stopping content that performs across platforms like Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a creative strategy for assigned brands social media, video and content marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Ideate and pitch engaging content formats, storytelling approaches, and campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and narratives.
• Analyse social media trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to inform creative direction.
• Work with performance marketing teams to optimise content for engagement, reach, and conversions. (Think UGC-led campaigns, static posts that convert to purchases etc)
• Write creative briefs that guide content development and execution.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in digital content, social media, and video production.
• Assist in client presentations, strategy decks, and campaign reports.
• Helping in the execution of the strategies and going beyond JDs for high work impact.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in a creative strategy, content marketing, or social media role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, video marketing, and content performance metrics.
• A
